About this Role
We are seeking a macOS and JAMF Specialist to manage and optimise the enterprise macOS ecosystem. This role focuses on secure, efficient, and scalable device management using JAMF Pro. You will design, implement, and maintain macOS management solutions, drive automation, ensure compliance, and provide expert-level support for escalated incidents. Acting as a technology advisor for Apple endpoint strategy, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and operational excellence.
What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain macOS device management solutions using JAMF Pro.
• Lead packaging, deployment, and lifecycle management of applications for macOS devices.
• Define and manage device policies, profiles, and security baselines aligned with organisational standards.
• Drive automation of administrative tasks through scripting (Bash, Python, AppleScript).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex macOS and JAMF platform issues, providing Level 3 support.
• Collaborate with security, networking, and Windows/Intune teams for seamless integration.
• Evaluate, test, and implement new macOS features and JAMF capabilities.
• Maintain documentation, process flows, and knowledge base articles.
• Act as a subject matter expert for audits, compliance checks, and Apple ecosystem strategy discussions.

Who you are

• 7+ years of experience in macOS device management in an enterprise environment.
• Expert-level proficiency with JAMF Pro for policy enforcement, device enrolment, patching, and app deployment.
• Strong understanding of Apple ecosystem technologies (DEP, VPP, MDM, Apple Business Manager).
• Hands-on experience with macOS troubleshooting and advanced configurations.
• Knowledge of identity and access integration (Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO).
• Familiarity with enterprise IT infrastructure, networking basics, and endpoint security practices.
• Proven ability to design and execute automation scripts for macOS administration.
• Experience in ITIL-based service management environments.
• JAMF 300/400 certification and Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or ACiT.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
