Role Overview:
We are looking for a sharp and driven lawyer to join the CEO Office, responsible for monitoring and managing all legal cases related to customer recoveries across the company. The role will involve close coordination with internal teams and external law firms to ensure timely and effective resolution of cases.
Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track all recovery and enforcement cases filed against customers.
• Liaise with external lawyers and internal stakeholders for case updates and strategy.
• Prepare summaries and dashboards of legal cases for periodic CEO-level reviews.
• Draft and vet recovery-related legal notices, petitions, and documentation.
• Provide legal support for cases under SARFAESI, IBC (Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code), civil suits, and real estate-related enforcement.
• Assist in formulating strategies for asset recovery, settlement, and resolution.
• Maintain a repository of legal documents, judgments, and case progress reports.

Candidate Profile:

• LLB/LLM with 2-3 years of experience in recovery, enforcement, or real estate law.
• Strong working knowledge of IBC, SARFAESI Act, civil recovery proceedings, and related frameworks.
• Prior experience with NBFCs, ARCs, or real estate-focused law firms will be preferred.
• Excellent communication, drafting, and analytical skills.
• High ownership, integrity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
