Description The Senior IT Development Team Leader supervises others volume and quality of work relating to the technology roadmap and standards, such as developing programme logic for new applications/products or analysing and modifying logic in existing applications (activities may also include elements of technical testing). Typically reports to the IT Development Manager. Job Responsibility Functional & Technical Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent collaboration skills to work with non-technical (business users) to understand their problems and identify the appropriate solution. 7-10 years of hands-on experience in technologies like, Core Java (Java 7 & above), Spring Boot, Weblogic & Oracle (or any other RDBMS). Experience in working in Agile Scrum methodology. Experience in CI/CD and DevOps tools like Jenkins, GIT, Docker, JIRA, Confluence, SonarQube, Mockito, WebLogic configurations etc. Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, writing SQL queries, DML statements.
