Ability to understand Customer and technology perspective on issues
Good English Language - written and verbal.
Good experience in Agile ways of working.
Proven track record in MIM and Project Delivery
Strong Stakeholder Management, Communication & Facilitation skills
Strong Customer orientation and proven track record in a senior position in Customer Service
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to work under high pressure
Ability to deliver through others in a matrix organisation
Good Remedy knowledge
ITILv4 Certification
Good experience in reporting skills using PowerBI / MS Excel etc.
Problem, change management knowledge would be additional advantage
Willing to work in 24/7 environment.
