Job Title Sales Trainer - Capital Markets
We are looking for a high-energy professional with strong knowledge of capital markets and a passion for training and capability building. The role involves creating high-quality content on investment and capital markets and delivering impactful training sessions to frontline sales teams.
Key responsibilities
Design, develop and update training modules on capital markets, investment products, market fundamentals, and sales application of these concepts.
Create engaging content such as presentations, playbooks, micro-learning videos, quizzes and case studies.
Simplify complex financial concepts for easy understanding of new and experienced sales professionals
Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions on capital markets for frontline and new joiners across channels.
Deliver training sessions to improve sales KPIs product understanding, sales pitch, objection handling, and investment-focused conversations.
Train frontline staff on integrating capital-market knowledge into customer discussions to drive conversions.
Partner with business heads to plan monthly training calendars as per regional needs.
Conduct thematic or campaign-based trainings aligned to market conditions and business priorities.
Drive adoption of investment tools, digital platforms, and research resources among sales teams.
Drive training program on various sales pitches, opening & closing of sales call and objection handling.
Introduce the frontline sales employees various technology platform and drive adoption through various initiatives.
Track training effectiveness and progress in business performance and publish analytics and reports to business heads
Key skills
Should know MS Office (Excel, Power point and Word)
Comfortable in dealing with and presenting to large groups of people
Training / facilitation skills
Knowledge of insurance & financial products
Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, mutual funds, equity basics, market cycles, etc.
