JD Campaign Lead - New Customer Acquisition
Role Overview
Responsible for end-to-end customer acquisition strategy, campaign operations and sales support across regions. Lead teams, manage vendors & call centre performance, optimise input allocation and ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Campaign Managers & Floor Managers.
Identify and onboard new data sources for customer acquisition.
Vendor management - onboarding, billing, input quality & cost control.
Manage call centre productivity and ensure optimum data utilisation.
Maintain cost per input and cost per acquisition within targets.
Ensure compliance with Distance Marketing & TRAI guidelines.
Input management through PFA & D2FSC; monitor daily run rate & allocation.
Drive WRP & VNB achievement for various geographies.
Provide strategic inputs to sales teams to improve efficiency.
Drive product mix, persistency, F2F, conversion & issuance metrics.
Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders for smooth operations.
Maintain data security and governance across all campaigns.
Requirements
Strong analytical ability; Excel proficiency is mandatory.
Experience in campaign management/call centre operations preferred.
Strong coordination, communication & team management skills.
