Roles & Responsibilities:




Put the organization's talent and human resources strategy into action. Provide guidance and assistance to HR team, management, and other personnel as needed. Supervise the hiring process for qualified job candidates, particularly for managerial, specialized, and expert positions. Work with department managers to determine for open positions. Ensure and recommend updations in the KRAs for each role and shared with individuals Initiate the formulation and implementation of KPIs in all the departments Review policies and processes to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations. Handle disciplinary proceedings, terminations, and investigations involving employees. Ensure the grievance process followed as per standard process. Determine and recommend changes to internal standards of conduct, such as team restructuring and morale boosting. Provide clarity and connectivity for employees, so that their responsibilities fit the overall organization. Championing the onboarding process by ensuring that it is high-quality and current. Monitor the payroll process in coordination with Finance Team Initiate the systematic appraisal system and manage the appraisal process (including related decisions and staff counselling) across the levels. Guide the team for the knowledge transfer and handover process during the appointments, long absence, and resignations. Identify training needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with respective head. Ensure the employee salaries on par with industry base and local minimum wages involved. Drive employee engagement activities and actively work on result-oriented action plans. Analyze the off boarding of the staff and based on the feedback recommend the action points to the management. Monitor adherence to statutory regulations & compliance, policies, and disciplinary issues across the organization.





Required Skills & Qualifications




Post-Graduation in HR or related field. Proven working experience as HR manager for at least 5 years. Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics. Knowledge of HR systems and databases. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

People oriented and results driven. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization, Manage and monitor tasks within deadlines. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
