Job Description

HR Leadership & Strategy
? Lead HR for corporate and plant units, ensuring alignment with business goals.
? Partner with senior leadership for workforce planning and organizational design.
? Develop HR frameworks to support growth in manufacturing operations.
2. Talent Acquisition & Development
? Manage hiring for senior and middle management roles.
? Strengthen employer branding and succession planning frameworks.
? Drive training, leadership development, and capability-building initiatives.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
? Oversee onboarding, payroll, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity), and HRMS systems.
? Standardize HR policies and SOPs across corporate and plant locations.
? Ensure adherence to audits, ISO standards, and statutory regulations.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture
? Build a transparent, performance-driven, and engaging workplace culture.
? Lead engagement surveys, retention programs, and employee feedback forums.
? Strengthen corporate-plant communication and collaboration.
5. Industrial Relations & Plant HR
? Manage IR matters, grievance handling, compliance, and union coordination at the plant.
? Guide and supervise the future Plant HR, ensuring alignment with corporate HR strategy.
