Manpower Planning and Deployment.Material Planning, Shop Inventory, Production Planning and Execution for the shift. Target Setting and Meeting the same.Coordination with supplier and customer for efficient shift operations.Shift Scheduling, Absenteeism Controls.Coordination with maintenance and central services w.r.t shift operations. Efficient Operational control of the shift w.r.t shop control indices in terms of daily work management
