Roles & Responsibilities
Admissions Management
Develop and implement a comprehensive admissions strategy aligned with the school's vision and IB philosophy.
Manage the complete admissions lifecycle including enquiries, campus tours, assessments, interviews, documentation, and enrolments.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective students to achieve enrolment targets.
Counsel prospective parents and students on the IB curriculum, academic pathways, and school culture.
Collaborate with academic teams to design entry assessments and orientation programmes for new students.
Marketing & Branding
Design and execute marketing strategies to establish Symbiosis Group of Schools as a premier IB institution.
Oversee digital marketing initiatives including social media, website updates, newsletters, and online campaigns.
Plan and manage open houses, information sessions, and engagement events for prospective families.
Develop partnerships with feeder schools, corporates, embassies, and relocation agencies to attract a diverse student body.
Ensure consistent brand communication aligned with Symbiosis beliefs and IB values.
Qualifications & Experience
Master's degree in Marketing, Education Management, Business Administration, or related field.
10-15 years of relevant experience in admissions, marketing, or brand management within reputed schools, universities, or educational institutions (preferably IB/International curriculum).
Proven track record of achieving enrolment targets and building strong community relations.
Strong communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Expertise in digital marketing, event management, and branding.
Ability to work collaboratively with academic and administrative teams.
