Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee core global HR operations, including payroll, compliance, employee benefits administration, and HRIS management.
• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and streamline HR workflows.
• Act as a change manager for HR transformation projects aimed at improving employee satisfaction and experience.
• Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, engagement, and offboarding.
• Support employee grievance management by partnering with the HR Business Partner teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen inclusion and diversity initiatives across the organization.
• Generate and analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements
To qualify, you should possess:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 11+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll management, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices in India.
• Proven track record of implementing and managing HRIS systems.
• A data-driven mindset with exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and employee engagement.
• Experience in managing multicultural teams and promoting workplace diversity is a plus.
