Responsibilities
As a Manager - GHRSS Hiring, you will: * Develop and execute high-impact talent acquisition strategies to support organizational goals.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders and business leaders to identify workforce needs and create hiring plans.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and external recruitment partners.
• Leverage data and analytics to enhance recruitment approaches and address talent gaps.

Requirements * Minimum 12 years of experience in talent acquisition and workforce management.

• Strong experience in high-volume hiring and recruitment operations.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing talent strategies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms, ATS, and HR tools.
