Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
10-15 years of experience in tendering and detailed HVAC design for UG Metro Stations, Railway & Metro Tunnels (ECS/TVS), and clean room projects
Key Skills
End-to-end HVAC project design and execution expertise
Strong experience in HVAC calculations and detailed design for metro, tunnel, industrial, and commercial projects
Proficiency in HVAC software (HAP) and MS Office
Strong coordination skills with architectural, structural, and MEP teams
Effective communication, problem-solving, and design optimization abilities
Key Responsibilities
Design and optimize HVAC systems including load calculations, equipment selection, ducting, and piping
Ensure energy-efficient, code-compliant designs (ASHRAE, ISHRAE, NBC, SMACNA, etc.)
Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams
Support tendering, cost estimation, cable scheduling, BMS integration, and project execution
Troubleshoot HVAC design and performance issues and deliver work independently in a multi-disciplinary environment
