:
Understand the L&T Heavy Civil Infrastructure IC EHS Integrated Management System (IMS) and ensure it is implemented throughout project level operations. Understand & promote L&T L.I.F.E.(Live \xe2\x80\x93 Injury \xe2\x80\x93 Free \xe2\x80\x93 Each day) program and Zero Harm Vision. Ensure L&T L.I.F.E. EHS leadership training program is delivered throughout the project. Stop work if unsafe practices are witnessed and promote a \xe2\x80\x98Don\xe2\x80\x99t Walk by & Commitment to Action attitude\xe2\x80\x99 at all times. Co-ordinate all L&T Heavy civil Infrastructure IC project EHS matters by receiving regular reports, making EHS visits, and ensuring that information is circulated to keep all concerned fully informed. Carry out project intra-site Internal EHS audit quarterly. Carry out project EHS Risk Management Audits every month.
1) Candidate shall have experience as EHS Incharge of similar large scale construction projects (Underground Tunnel).
2) Candidate shall have good knowledge about EHS Practices, Safety Induction Trainings, HIRA Preparation etc.
3) Candidate must have knowledge about relevant Safety Standards, Safety permits and any codes relevant to EHS Management.
4) Candidate shall have good knowledge about the risks and challenges involved with Underground Projects, Tunneling Operations etc.
5) Candidate shall have good knowledge about Underground Metro Project construction elements like Tunneling, TBM Operations, UG Station construction, D Wall Construction etc.
