Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Documentation Analyst- Agentic AI
In this role, you'll be part of Genpact's transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions--domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Documentation Strategy: Define, implement, and enforce documentation standards, templates, and style guides across Agentic AI products and engineering teams.
Technical Authoring: Oversee creation and editing of API documentation, product manuals, user guides, process flows, and architecture summaries.
Content Management: Manage and optimize the use of Content Management Systems (CMS) for authoring, versioning, and publishing technical content.
Version Control: Establish documentation workflows integrated with version control systems (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps) to ensure synchronization with product releases.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product management, data science, and compliance teams to gather inputs and validate accuracy of content.
Knowledge Governance: Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge repository ensuring content relevance, accuracy, and discoverability.
Quality Assurance: Implement peer-review and audit processes for documentation quality, technical accuracy, and consistency across releases.
Training & Enablement: Conduct training sessions for writers, engineers, and SMEs on documentation best practices, tools, and templates.
Continuous Improvement: Drive automation and innovation in documentation through tools, AI-assisted authoring, and structured metadata tagging.
Compliance & Accessibility: Ensure all documentation meets internal and external compliance requirements (e.g., ISO, SOC2) and accessibility standards.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Experience in technical documentation, knowledge management, or information architecture.
Proven experience with documentation tools and CMS platforms (e.g., MadCap Flare, Confluence, SharePoint, Document360, or similar).
Hands-on experience with version control systems such as Git or Azure DevOps.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Experience designing and managing knowledge management systems (KMS) and taxonomies.
Familiarity with AI or cloud-based documentation environments (Azure AI, AWS, GCP).
Certification in Technical Communication or Knowledge Management.
Experience with metadata-driven documentation, API documentation frameworks (e.g., Swagger, Postman), and single-sourcing techniques.
Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and review coordination capabilities.
