Job Description

The position will play a key role in driving dealer engagement, executing disbursement targets, and ensuring seamless coordination between OEM channel partners and internal credit/ops teams at the regional level. This position will require work in the field and serve as the face of the companyEssential Job FunctionDuties and ResponsibilitiesDealer Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong working relationships with automotive dealers and OEM sales teams in the assigned territory- Regularly visit dealerships to assess inventory levels, credit needs, and business opportunities- Educate dealers on financing schemes, product terms, and digital tools provided by the NBFCBusiness Development & Disbursements- Achieve monthly and quarterly wholesale disbursement targets across dealer lines, term loans, or working capital products- Drive dealer onboarding, document collection, KYC verification, and limit utilization- Support rollout of OEM wholesale programs and incentive schemes at the regional levelCredit Coordination & Approvals- Work closely with credit managers to facilitate dealer proposals, renewals, and escalations- Track status of credit files, approvals, and ensure timely limit setups- Provide feedback to credit and policy teams based on field experienceCredit Coordination & Approvals- Work closely with credit managers to facilitate dealer proposals, renewals, and escalations- Track status of credit files, approvals, and ensure timely limit setups- Provide feedback to credit and policy teams based on field experienceProcess & System Adoption- Promote usage of digital loan origination tools, dealer portals, and automated limit management systems- Ensure compliance with RBI norms, company credit policies, and ethical sales practices- Support resolution of operational or disbursement-level issues at ground levelKnowledge and Skills- Strong understanding of automotive channel financing / dealer financing- Excellent field sales acumen, relationship building, and negotiation skills and Knowledge of credit documentation, disbursement workflows, and credit lifecycle- High energy, target-oriented, and excellent communication abilitiesEducation and Experience- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Finance, or related fields from a reputed institute- 07+ years' experience in wholesale credit sales, dealer relationship management, or auto NBFC field roles- Experience in captive finance setups or regional auto finance roles preferred (ref:updazz.com)
