Responsibilities
- Facilitate campus placements and coordinate recruitment drives at Amrita School of Agricultural Sciences, Coimbatore.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate recruiters and industry professionals.
- Collaborate with academic departments to align students\' skills with industry requirements.
- Organize career fairs, seminars, and workshops to enhance students\' employability.
- Offer guidance and mentorship to students regarding career choices and job search strategies.
- Provide support for resume building, interview preparation, and networking skills development.
- Maintain accurate records of student placements and employment statistics
- Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in campus placements, corporate relations HR, or related roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to travel.
- Ability to network effectively with employers and professionals.
- Sound knowledge of current industry trends and recruitment processes.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in student success.
