The role holder has the responsibility to support the Lead in planning, development, implementation, and delivery of internal communications for IDFC First to showcase internal announcements, events, campaigns as well as external work done by respective businesses and teams to promote and highlight the corporate and business profile of the bank in line with the larger organizational objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and implement internal communication campaigns and strategies for delivery of corporate culture and business strategy.
Support in developing internal publications such as newsletters, releases, email announcements, leadership announcements/townhalls, social media, intranet, videos, special projects, and assignments.
Develop content for all internal communications initiatives/campaigns/announcements.
Proactively identify opportunities to reinforce the bank's key developments and messaging internally while developing and managing the internal communications portfolio including providing support for PR and media relations, CSR and sponsorships, crisis communication and reputation management, websites, and external communications
Ensure compliance to corporate brand guidelines across all communication collaterals.
Provide assistance/support towards the development and production of the annual report while ensuring it adheres to the overall brand guidelines and corporate communications objectives.
Provide assistance in handling difficult situations such as internet blackmail and ethical manipulation of search engine results or reviews through structured communication to all internal stakeholders.
Ensure appropriate customer services communication is relayed to relevant stakeholders.
Capture and share best- practice knowledge amongst the team.
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement of communication and e-communication technology while considering corporate branding and organizational values.
Keep abreast with latest trends in corporate communication, especially internal communication and branding, global best practices in marketing.
Create an environment that promotes collaborative learning and collective ownership of responsibilities.

Professional Experience: 5-10 years
Educational Qualifications: Graduate ? Any
Postgraduate ? MBA Marketing (exceptional candidates from other disciplines may be considered if they pass the evaluation criteria)
