The Role Responsibilities
Engages with business partners in Retail Banking Operations to analyze, improve, design and re-engineer business processes by utilizing sound process improvement techniques. Responsible for documenting end to end flow of business processes and identifying opportunities to streamline processes in partnership with the Business, BA\xe2\x80\x99s and the Business Solutions Managers. Manages design or redesign of processes using lean methodologies. Applies business redesign concepts, practises and applies BPM methodology and tools. Integrates best practices with process design to ensure continuous process improvement. Builds action plans and drives execution. 3-5 years of related experience with an overall work experience of 10-15 years
