Job Summary: The HLRP Business Intelligence team is tasked with aligning with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, CX, Finance and Product to effectively monetize our data assets. We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Manager to lead complex analytical projects and drive innovation in data analytics. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of solving complex analytical problems and leveraging machine learning algorithms to deliver actionable insights.About the Role:
As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will engage in advanced data tasks that contribute substantially to achieving team objectives. Your analytical proficiency and adept use of visualization tools will drive insights that reveal important business trends. By collaborating with management to define opportunities and interpreting complex datasets, you help shape data-driven decision-making processes.Key Responsibilities:xc2xb7 Solve complex analytical problems using advanced data science techniques.xc2xb7 Lead projects involving recommender systems, customer segmentation, product bundling, and price sensitivity measurement.xc2xb7 Utilize machine learning algorithms such as Collaborative Filtering, Apriori, Market Basket Analysis, and various clustering techniques.xc2xb7 Skilled in Python, PostgreSQL, Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and currently upskilling in PySpark and financial problems.Qualifications:Experience-6+ Yearsxc2xb7 Proven experience as an Analytics Consultant with a focus on data science and complex problem-solving.xc2xb7 Strong technical skills in Python, PostgreSQL, Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.xc2xb7 Experience with machine learning algorithms and data science techniques.xc2xb7 Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surat or equivalent.xc2xb7 Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.
