Manager - Bid & Tendering- 7+ years - Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities -

  • Oversee the complete presales and bid lifecycle, including drafting responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
  • Prepare concise proposal summaries, initiate client meetings, and define stakeholder responsibilities using RACI frameworks.
  • Lead solution design and ensure proposals are clearly articulated and aligned with client expectations.
  • Identify and address gaps in client requirements by coordinating with internal stakeholders for necessary inputs.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of proposals, presentations, case studies, and business development assets.
  • Own client-facing presentations and assist the business development team in managing high-stakes client visits.
  • Drive bid planning, manage timelines, and coordinate across teams to ensure timely and comprehensive submissions.
Requirements -
  • Graduate or postgraduate in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in presales, bid management, or solutioning roles
  • Prior exposure to real estate, infrastructure, or large commercial or residential project-based industries preferred
  • Strong expertise in handling RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and proposal development
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, technical, legal, and finance
