for the last more than two decades, having plants PAN India, is looking for professional

having in-depth experience in Banking Operations, Banking Compliances, Loan Documentation and Handling LC & BGs.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee incoming finance of the Company and management of funds. Liaison with bankers & financial institutions for fund requirements and various compliances Preparing of necessary documents for submission to banks for Loans. To comply with necessary Bank Compliances Bank Reconciliation and coordination with banks on day-to-day basis Handling LC and BG viz. opening, discounting, etc. Verification of various Invoices of Vendors, Suppliers, Clients as well as expenses of employees. Handling import/export of machinery, payment terms, etc. Liaison with various stake holders Independent noting, drafting and correspondence Documentation & MIS Reporting

Qualification

B.Com/M.Com/MBA-Finance, etc.

Experience

Having 8-10 years experience of

dealing with Banks

in a Manufacturing Company. Proficient in working on

Tally ERP 9

and other Accounting Software Operational knowledge of MS World, Excel, Internet and Email.

Skill Required

Presentable with strong communication skills Good Analytical and Interpersonal skills Ability to take initiative to proactively resolve various issues. Able to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
