Job Description


Looking only from Investment Banks

- Strong understanding of regulatory liquidity reporting framework as per BASEL III/IV Accords

- Understanding of financial market products

- Understanding of Regulatory Liquidity Reporting (ALMM, LCR, NSFR, ILST, 2052a, PRA 110m etc.) for US/EMEA Regulators

- Knowledge of Banking and Capital market products

IC role :

:

To perform the end to end Reporting on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis for Liquidity Reporting for EMEA/US/APAC legal entities.

This will include:

- Understanding the regulatory submission framework as per EMEA/APAC/US guidelines and able to interlink the instructions for reporting purpose.

- Collating data at product feed level on day to day basis Sourcing, reviewing and challenging Data Quality to fit that in to the EMEA/US/APAC liquidity regulatory reports as per CoRep as per Basel III guidelines

- Preparing EMEA /US/APAC regulatory reports on daily/weekly/monthly and quarterly basis

- Ability to understand the EMEA Taxonomoy and US regulatory changes to implement as per the regulatory requirements Trend analysis, Variance analysis and commentary preparation for regulatory and management reports on day to day basis

- Ability to handle stakeholders queries primarily from Regulators/Auditors and compliance partners or any other ad hoc queries from Business

- Able to initiate/participate any Tech initiatives with partnership of Technological on the Operational

Responsibilities :

- Understanding the Regulatory reporting guidelines as per regulator (i.e., EMEA, APAC or US) Ability to review, grasp product data feeds on day to day basis

- Preparation of liquidity and management reports as a part of daily/weekly/Monthly/Quarterly basis Trend analysis, variance analysis, commentary in regards to regulatory and management reports XBRL generation before to proceed on the final regulatory reports submission to regulators

- Able to understand and interpret the new changes into workings received from Regulators via Line of Business, Global liquidity management across Globe Engagement with Global liquidity Management Report owners, SMEs and other stakeholders to obtain the relevant reports, reporting instructions, business requirements, interpretations.

- Prioritize different reporting deliverables amidst of tight day to day delivery schedule

- Ability to respond appropriately to time-sensitive requests

- Ability to participate in change management as per System/regulatory requirement and any other.

- Review the findings with relevant stakeholders Coordinate initial escalation and reporting management to address disputed observations/findings including agreeing additional testing

- Agree the final findings and remediation owner for each

- Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders including Technology, Internal and external auditors, tech partners and compliance partners

Requirements :

Education : Graduate/ Post Graduate (CA/MBA - Finance or equivalent)

Experience Range : 7+ years of which at least 2 years in relevant roles i.e. Liquidity risk management or liquidity regulatory reporting

Foundational skills :

- Strong understanding of regulatory liquidity reporting framework as per BASEL III/IV Accords.

- Strong understanding of financial market products (both banking, Traded and markets products) Strong specific understanding of Regulatory Liquidity Reporting (ALMM, LCR, NSFR, ILST, 2052a, PRA 110m etc.) for US/EMEA Regulators Analytical mindset to deal with daily liquidity queries and troubleshooting for data quality issues Experience in building and executing test plans

- Ability to understand complex business processes and breakdown to process components.

- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong rapport, respect and trust with key stakeholders and constituents.

- Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced, every-changing, highly collaborative environment.

- Flexibility to deal with multiple concurrent issues and tasks - ability to self-manage and prioritize

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and good with numbers Professional written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (particularly MS Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint)

Desired skills :

- Knowledge of Banking and Capital market products

- Working knowledge of Tableau/ Alteryx/ Advance Excel

- Proficient in database knowledge & ability to analyze data and related flows

- Experience in working with large datasets

- Report analysis, design, and development

Work Timings: 11:30 am to 8:30 pm
