Department: Sales & Marketing

Experience: > 4 Years of experience in RF & EMC Products, EMC Testing Customers, MIL

Standards and CISPER EMC Chambers.

Age Limit: 30-35 Years

Qualification: B.Tech/ M.Tech in ECE or B.Sc./ M.Sc. in Physics or Electronics or equaling.

(Diploma/ PG in Marketing shall be additional advantages)

Salary Range: Negotiable Salary plus Incentive.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-oriented and strategic Marketing Manager / Assistant Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that build brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales growth. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution experience across digital and traditional marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business objectives Manage brand positioning, content strategy, and campaigns (digital & offline) Plan & execute lead generation activities by events, social media, mail & SEO/SEM. Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts and support conversion Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI Manage relationships with vendors, media agencies, and creative partners Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities Oversee the creation of marketing materials incl. brochures, presentations/ digital assets. Organize trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, and other promotional events Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer touch points Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, Mail chimp, Hub Spot, etc.) Experience in managing social media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities Analytical mind-set with a focus on data-driven decision-making PAN India Travelling. Industry experience in [Manufacturing, FMCG, Real estate, IT, etc.] Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools
