Role. - Opex AM and Manager

Job Location - Hyderabad ( Gachibowli)

Monthly review of financial impact of operations

1. Cost Management:

1. Manage absolute budgetary control on Capex / Opex cost to ensure proper allocation of capex

2. Proper Capex and Opex Planning with the Circle Opex Managers

3. Allocation and bifurcation of capex and opex budget to AOM as per within process framework

2.) Payments and Reconciliation

1. Ensure KPI signoff and timely payments to all the partners

2. Ensure reduction / closure of partners disputes for smooth operations.

3. Ensure All bills passing with SOPs and given guidelines.

4. Partner payment reconciliation.

3.) Stakeholder Alignment

1. Manage inter functional relationships at regular interval for functional audit and other activities

2. Regular meetings with SCM and Finance for PO, PR, and material planning

3. Deliberations with circle management for justifying the requirements

4. Coordination with HR for training and team building

4.) Inventory Management

1. Maintain site inventory and material management by timely material planning and budget allocation

2. Maintaining and updating the site inventory data base.

3. Arranging availability of material to field teams by timely material planning and budget allocation.

4. Completing the documentation for insurance claims in case of loss.

5. Capex spend analysis with respect to asset life

6. To drive programs for change management at Circle level for facilitation of data integrity

7. Periodically audit the FAR accuracy

Role Distribution:

1) Daily - Mail communication 30%, ERP/BOQ approvals 30%, Invoice passing and KPIs 20%, PR and PO follow-up 15% and other project based activities 15%.

2) Weekly - Various budget/bills/MIS trackers 20%, Partner KPI / review meetings 30%, Internal/external review/concall / VC with team / function / Corporate - 30%, Other need based 20%.
