DESCRIPTION

1 Co-ordinating with all internal/ external stakeholders for Real estate, facilities/ General administration & infrastructure activities within the agreed timelines - across PAN India .

2 Asset management (HO & PAN India branches).

3 Vendor management.

4 Liasoning with government bodies.

5 Mail room management, transport management, Cafeteria/ guest house management & Warehouse management.

6 Traveling to the branches as per the requirement.

7 MIS (good in MS Excel / Word ), bill processing ,space management .
