Job Description

Work as Functional cum Technical expert for latest version of Yardi Voyager 7s (which includes Core, Investment Management,

Fixed Assets and Property Management) and RENTCafe and work on resolving request/queries

Uploading the various ETLs from users into Yardi and serve as a custodian of data inflow into Yardi.

Providing access to new users and assigning security roles.

Resolving the Yardi navigation, login, transaction Errors and data related issues.

Taking care of daily maintenance issues like tasks, schedules, etc.

Participate and contribute meaningfully in new procedures, process changes and audit of the application

Directly interact with the users for better understanding of their requirements and reporting needs.

Work effectively with different stakeholders and Senior Management in accomplishing project objectives.
Domain knowledge of real estate accounting, rental property management and Yardi implementation.

Excellent communication abilities.

Ability to work with people across cultures, time zones and geographies -Good Team player and facilitation & collaboration

skills.

Analytical and problem solving skills.

Ability to grasp concepts quickly.

Setting Priorities and drive for results.

Excellent attention to detail with strong time management skills.

Minimum 8+ years hands-on experience on Yardi Voyager 7s or any other ERP application.

Having proficient knowledge on various modules and aspects of ERP

Should have experience in preparing dashboards, reports and presentations

Experience in Data Migration and Acquisitions.

NOTES:
Prefer candidates already residing in Bangalore or should be willing to relocate to Bangalore.

Standard Shift Timing is 12noon to 9pm, however this may vary depending on the business requirements.

Currently work from home, should report to office after we reopen
