Healthcare Operations & Tech Coordination

Manage end-to-end

healthcare operations

including OPD, health checks, teleconsultations, diagnostics, labs, and pharmacy integrations Coordinate closely with

tech and product teams

for app-related requirements, issue resolution, testing, and enhancements Perform

UI/UX reviews

, app testing (UAT), and provide structured feedback for improvements Handle

tech operations

, including onboarding corporates, dummy user creation, testing workflows, and go-live readiness

Wellness & Preventive Health

Design and curate

wellness programs and packages

for corporate clients Manage wellness offerings such as

health check-ups, wellness webinars, mental health programs, fitness, nutrition, and preventive care

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to expand wellness services

Insurance & Clinical Operations

Strong understanding of

health insurance processes

, OPD benefits, and policy structures Exposure to

clinical operations

, including claims coordination, cashless workflows, and medical scrutiny Act as a bridge between insurers, TPAs, service providers, and internal teams

Business & Sales Support

Support

sales and pre-sales

teams with product knowledge, demos, proposals, and solutioning Assist in pitching healthcare and wellness solutions to corporates and partners Work closely with stakeholders to align service delivery with business commitments

Desired Skills & Competencies

Strong

medical and healthcare domain knowledge

Good understanding of

digital health platforms

, UI/UX, and mobile applications Experience with

health checks, teleconsultations, labs, medicines, and wellness services

Excellent

stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to work in fast-paced, startup environments with high ownership Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Profile

Medical professional with exposure to

health-tech operations

Experience across

wellness, insurance, OPD, and clinical workflows

Prior involvement in

both operations and business-facing roles

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
