Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of the slimming and wellness team. Plan and execute client wellness programs tailored to individual needs. Monitor client progress, ensure treatment quality, and maintain high satisfaction levels. Support and train slimming consultants, dieticians, and therapists to deliver effective results. Collaborate with doctors and physiotherapists for client assessments and treatment planning. Track department performance metrics, generate reports, and meet sales & retention targets. Handle client escalations and ensure smooth clinic workflow. Conduct team meetings and motivate staff towards performance excellence. Ensure hygiene, compliance, and safety standards within the clinic.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Physiotherapy, or Wellness Management. 3-5 years of experience in Slimming, Wellness, or Healthcare industry. Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills. Excellent team handling and training capabilities. Sales orientation with target achievement mindset. Knowledge of wellness, diet, and fitness principles.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
