Job Description

We are hiring a

Manager for Wealth Management and Insurance

to lead and expand our growing financial services division. This is a leadership role ideal for a candidate who has successfully

led teams, driven high sales numbers

, and wants to build and scale a department from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead the Department:

Oversee the entire Wealth Management division (Including Mutual Funds, Investments, Insurance, Pension Funds, etc.)

Team Building & Development:

Oversee and monitor - Hiring right candidates and mentoring team members to achieve business goals.

Sales Team Management:

Lead and motivate the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Drive New Business:

Identify and pursue new client acquisition and cross-selling opportunities.

Sales Strategy:

Plan and execute strategies to drive revenue growth in wealth, Investments and insurance products.

MIS Reporting:

Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports and presentations for management on periodic basis.

Client Relationship Management:

Maintain strong client relationships, ensure service quality, and enhance client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:



Minimum 3-5 years of experience

in Wealth Management, Insurance, or Financial Services in a leadership role. Proven track record of

achieving and exceeding sales targets

. Experience in

training and managing teams

in a high-performance sales environment. Strong command over

English (written and spoken)

; fluency in

Tamil and Hindi

is a must. Proficiency in

MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- must have handled

MIS reporting

in previous roles. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills. In-depth knowledge of

investment and insurance products

.

Preferred Qualifications:



Professional certifications like

CFP, NISM, IRDAI qualifications

are a plus. Strategic mindset with a passion for client success and team growth.

Experience Required:



Minimum 3-5 years

in Wealth Management, Financial Services, or Insurance
(Must have led teams and driven high sales growth)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
