Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. cGMP & Safety Compliance

Ensure strict adherence to site cGMP standards, safety protocols, and all factory rules. Maintain a culture of safety and compliance across warehouse operations.

2. Material Handling & Accounting

Oversee the accurate receipt, storage, issue, and documentation of all materials. Ensure timely posting of material transactions and maintain error-free material accounting.

3. Quality & System Compliance

Monitor and ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and ensuring closure of audit observations.

4. Statutory Compliance

Ensure adherence to all statutory requirements related to warehousing, hazardous materials, and environmental norms.

5. Training & Team Development

Conduct training for warehouse personnel on handling new chemicals, safe material movement, and documentation practices. Support continuous improvement of skills within the team.

6. Production Planning & Inventory Control

Collaborate with Production, QC, Purchase, and Planning teams for effective production planning. Review material requirements, adjust inventory levels based on demand, and ensure uninterrupted supply to manufacturing. Implement controls to reduce excess/obsolete inventory and improve inventory accuracy.

7. Cross-Functional Coordination

Serve as a key interface between Production, Warehouse, QC, Procurement, and Marketing teams. Participate in periodic review meetings with department heads to finalize production plans and material allocations.

8. Data Integrity Champion (DI Champion) Responsibilities

Ensure effective implementation of the site Data Integrity (DI) SOP and Corporate DI Policy. Execute DI checklists and perform periodic assessments. Map critical warehouse processes to identify potential DI gaps. Escalate DI issues promptly to the Site Data Integrity Compliance Officer (DICO). Support DI awareness initiatives in coordination with the site DICO. Track DIRA (Data Integrity Risk Assessment) and share completed reports with the site DICO.
