Your Role:

• Managing overall warehouse operations, last mile, forward and reverse Logistic Process
• Daily Order Tracking & Escalation Management
• Daily Fulfilment & Pending Orders Management for own and marketplace vendors
• Creating SOP and processes for increasing efficiency and create a seamless post purchase experience
• Inventory - GRN, Fulfilment & Return Management
• This role will own the complete end-to-end- warehouse and last mile operations, Design, Planning, and Growth - of last Mile Network.
• Manage relationships with Third Party logistics, warehouse partners and vendors.
• Defining and owning the key KPIs including logistics cost metric, fulfilment TAT, RTO, NDR reduction.
• Liaison with business functions, category, supply chain planning and design, product and tech for financial, new capability building, continuous improvement exercise across different legs of supply chain.

Must Have:

• 7+ years of experience in managing warehouse and last mile delivery functions for a D2C ecommerce brand or platform
• Experience in negotiating and handling day to day operations with a 3rd party operator for logistics and last mile delivery
• Experience in handling multi warehouse and multiple last mile partners
• Experience on Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets

• Prior experience in handling last mile for a marketplace platform
