Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement vocational training programs for employees in the Coal Mining industry.
• Assess training needs through consultation with management and analysis of current skills.
• Design curriculum and training materials to meet the identified needs.
• Deliver engaging training sessions using a variety of teaching methods.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training programs align with business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in vocational education.
• Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities.
• Provide guidance and support to employees participating in training programs.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.

Qualifications:

• B.E. / B. Tech. in Mining. From reputed institute.
• FCC in Coal as per CMR.
• 10+ years of experience in Coal Mining industry
