Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

+ Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within organizational processes.
+ Implement measures to mitigate fraud, corruption, and other irregularities.

Investigations:

+ Conduct detailed investigations into reported cases of misconduct, fraud, or violations of policies.
+ Prepare comprehensive investigation reports with actionable recommendations.

Compliance Monitoring:

+ Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, company policies, and ethical standards.
+ Conduct regular audits to detect and prevent malpractices.

Policy Development:

+ Develop and update policies and procedures to strengthen the organization's vigilance framework.
+ Provide inputs for creating a whistleblower mechanism and other reporting systems.
