Job Responsibility:

Work closely with brands to drive strong collaboration and partnership to drive revenue for off-app marketing that will be a building block in traffic for instamart Have a strong eye for data and performance of these off-app marketing campaigns and work with internal teams to make this big so that brands keep coming back Working in the growth team to drive the city level strategy for Instamart Own performance and planning for these cities, closely tracking metric performance and independently driving ad-hoc RCAs. Program management of product, merch and category initiatives backwards projects in-line with business goals. Work across cross functional teams and set up processes, structures and actively problem solve with them on business issues. Ability to scope ambiguous problems, structure them and see them through execution. Connecting with end users and understanding their pain points to drive consumer backwards initiatives on the platform.

Desired Candidate:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related technical degree 5-8 years' experience preferably in a growth, category, consulting, analytics or environment. Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Powerpoint is mandatory Proficiency in SQL is mandatory. Immense sense of ownership and execution excellence. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a rigorous fast-paced environment with multiple senior stakeholders.
