Lead the design, development, and delivery of air intake, exhaust, and fuel systems from concept to SOP.
Manage the integration of ICE with air intake, exhaust, and fuel systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Oversee mini and major projects focusing on new products, regulatory requirements, and emission performance (BS-VI, Euro 6, EPA, etc.).
Define and achieve QCD targets for all components and systems, ensuring alignment with the business plan and project milestones.
Develop system archetypes and component roadmaps for future vehicle projects, supporting long-term planning.
Establish and maintain technical best practices, design manuals, and testing procedures.
Ensure completion of failure mode avoidance activities, commodity planning, design progression, and DVP testing for engineering sign-off.
Collaborate with other engineering teams to manage dependencies and deliver integrated powertrain and vehicle systems solutions.
