Role Overview:
We're looking for an experienced
Team Manager
with a strong background in
International Sales
to lead our US Logistics team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proven sales record, and experience managing a target-driven team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Sales Associates to achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Drive client acquisition through outbound calls and business development activities.
Support the team in negotiating freight rates with shippers and carriers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with US-based clients.
Monitor daily performance and ensure team productivity and goal achievement.
Handle escalations and assist the team in closing deals effectively.
Skills
Minimum
5 years
of experience in
International Sales
(US process preferred).
Background in BPO / KPO / Logistics / Freight Brokerage is preferred.
Prior experience in team handling or sales leadership is required.
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
Strong sales drive and ability to work in a target-based environment.
Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US hours.
