Manager Finance, Taxation & Legal- US and UK Laws
At least 5 Years Experience compulsory .
CA degree compulsory.
Your responsibilities
~ Plan, implement and supervise the company's financial strategy.
~ Handle corporate accounts including both direct and indirect taxation, under the US and
UK laws.
~ Improve current accounting methods, policies and principles.
~ Develop long-term business financial growth and investment plans.
~ Review expenses, costing reports, investigate variances and control expenditure.
~ Handle the Company's payables and receivables profitably with cash flow forecasts.
~ Analyse and improve material procurement processes, cost impact on profits, to determine effects on the Company's bottom line.
~ Analyse actual manufacturing costs vs standard costs.
~ Create the financial budgets based on sales and market forecasts from the marketing teams.
~ Monitor and analyse accounting data and generate useful management information reports compared to budgets, recommending corrective action.
Experience in-
Handling full corporate accounts including taxation, statutory and legal matters.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to ?1,200,000.00 per yearSchedule:
