Role Purpose

The Vertical Lead - Sales & Marketing is responsible for sales and managing client relationships at the plant location. Provide support to Lead by driving alignment across the team to meet financial & operational targets. The incumbent is expected to generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and coordinate with internal teams to effectively resolve customer issues.
Ensure alignment with budgeted vs. actual costs at the plant.
Develop sales forecasts and contribute to effective resource planning, including inventory and manpower allocation.
Manage regional sales strategies to expand market share and explore new sales opportunities.
Support in implementation of the sales plan, ensuring alignment with product offerings.
Provide support to Lead through developing new clients and ensuring adherence to training & marketing plans.
Ensure timely availability and delivery of raw material.
Utilize manpower effectively and resolve grievances promptly.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, quality and safety standards.
Proactively follow up on pending dues to maintain timely collections.
Resolve client queries within stipulated days.
Provide reports and analytics to manager & other stakeholders.
Indicative Experience and Exposure

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration.
MBA in Marketing or related field.
* Proven experience of 5-11 years in sales.
