JOB PURPOSE & SUMMARY




The

Manager - Ecosystem Channels

will play a critical role in driving growth and alignment across the Ecosystem Channels (EC), supporting sales campaigns, lead generation initiatives, content development, and market intelligence. This role will act as a strategic connector between Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional business units (IMUs/SGUs), ensuring cohesive execution and high-quality delivery of EC-related programs. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams across a global, matrixed organization.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES



1. Content Creation & Management



Create and oversee management of high-impact content including POVs, partner narratives, case studies, and go-to-market materials. Ensure content alignment with EC strategy and regional/global priorities. Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to maintain consistency in EC messaging and branding.

2. Sales & Marketing Support



Support the development and delivery of RFPs, RFIs, pitch materials, case studies, solution catalogues, and sales presentations tailored for EC opportunities. Enable the sales team with reusable collateral, messaging frameworks, and strategic talking points. Maintain a centralized repository of EC marketing and sales support assets.

3. Sales Campaigns & Lead Generation



Design and execute targeted sales campaigns to drive pipeline growth across Ecosystem Channels. Partner with sales and marketing teams to track and optimize lead generation activities. Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and suggest refinements to improve outcomes.

4. Market Research & Industry Intelligence



Conduct ongoing market scans to identify trends, whitespace opportunities, and competitive movements relevant to EC. Track developments in partner ecosystems, industry sectors, and adjacent markets to inform GTM strategy. Deliver periodic updates and insights to internal stakeholders to guide decision-making.

5. Cross-Functional Integration



Act as a key liaison between IMUs/SGUs and global ecosystem stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination for sales and marketing collateral Facilitate information flow and content management initiative tracking across regions to maintain visibility and accountability.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE



Strong understanding of ecosystem business models and B2B go-to-market strategies. Proficiency in developing high-quality content tailored for strategic and sales audiences. Strong content ideation and delivery experience with analytical, reporting, and storytelling skills using Excel, PowerPoint; experience with BI tools is a plus. Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and manage complex projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across geographies and time zones. Experience in synthesizing internal and external insights into actionable business strategies. Self-starter mindset with a bias for action, problem-solving orientation, and attention to detail.

Educational Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Relevant and total years of Experience



Minimum of

4+ years

in ecosystem partnerships, sales enablement, strategic marketing, or business operations. Prior experience working in global, matrixed environments with cross-functional teams. Exposure to technology partnerships, alliances, or the private equity ecosystem is advantageous. Demonstrated success in managing content initiatives, sales campaigns, and market research efforts.
