We are looking for a

dynamic and confident Female Manager

with

at least 3 years of experience

in real estate who can effectively manage the entire floor staff and also contribute to sales.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills, capable of motivating the team and ensuring smooth operations while driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage floor employees to ensure discipline, productivity, and professionalism. Handle day-to-day floor operations, team coordination, and performance tracking. Build and maintain relationships with clients, attend meetings, and close sales. Motivate and mentor the team to achieve individual and organizational targets. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent client service. Report regularly to management regarding floor activities, employee performance, and sales updates.

Requirements

Female candidates only.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Floor Management.

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven track record of handling sales and closing deals. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and confident personality.
