Manager,

UI Developer

- Agentic AI

In this role, you'll be part of Genpact's transformation under

GenpactNext

, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions--domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.

Responsibilities

Front-end Development:

Lead the creation of user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Ensure high-quality code and maintain best practices for web development.

Responsive Design:

Implement responsive design principles to ensure seamless user experiences across various devices and screen sizes.

JavaScript Frameworks:

Utilize JavaScript frameworks like React to build interactive and efficient web applications. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in these technologies.

Cross-browser Compatibility:

Ensure that all web applications function correctly across different browsers and platforms. Address compatibility issues promptly.

Node JS:

Leverage Node JS for server-side scripting and backend integration. Collaborate with backend developers to optimize application performance.

Web Performance Optimization:

Focus on optimizing web performance by reducing load times, improving speed, and enhancing overall user experience.

Cloud Computing and Gen AI:

Apply knowledge of cloud computing and

gen

AI to integrate advanced features into AI products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage these technologies effectively.

Leadership and Strategic Thinking:

Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of UI developers. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for UI development aligned with Agentic AI's goals. Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in product offerings.



Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node JS, and other relevant technologies.
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience with web performance optimization techniques.



Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Worked in large product companies

Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and gen AI technologies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
