Position Title: TT Sales Manager - Pan IndiaExperience: 12 to 15 years (Relevant - Minimum 3 years)Qualification: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical / Production preferred)Location: Navi Mumbai (Juinagar, Ghansoli)About the Role :The TT Sales Manager will lead and manage the national sales operations for Truck and Transportation products. The role demands strategic business development in the Automotive and Transportation industries, focusing on expanding market share, enhancing customer relationships, and driving profitability. The candidate will manage a team of 4-5 sales professionals, oversee distributor performance, and ensure alignment with company goals and values.Key Responsibilities :- Lead and manage the All-India Sales Team to achieve business targets.- Maintain and grow market share in the POL segment.- Expand the company's business footprint in the Transportation Industry.- Ensure Accounts Receivable (AR) collection discipline.- Drive growth in the service business segment.- Build and maintain relationships with Truck Fabricators, OEMs, and Dealers.- Conduct seminars, service training, and marketing campaigns at regional levels.- Collect and analyze sales data, prepare periodic reports, and communicate key insights.- Support pre-tendering, quotation preparation, and maintain product certifications.- Coordinate with the Service Department for feedback and customer complaint analysis.- Undertake extensive domestic travel (international travel as needed).- Maintain updated competitor and market intelligence.Required Skill Set :- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English, presentation skills, and the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.- Sales & Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in identifying target audiences and executing creative, multi-channel sales campaigns.- Analytical Ability: Skilled in collecting, analyzing, and reporting sales data for performance tracking and decision-making.- Leadership & Team Management: Strong ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team.- Customer Relationship Management: Excellent client handling and negotiation skills.- Proficiency in Sales Tools: Ability to use CRM or other sales reporting tools effectively.Nice to Have (Preferred) :- Prior experience in the Oil & Gas (terminal/depot) side.- Experience in setting up automotive dealer channels.- Exposure value-based selling in the automotive components domain.- Strong track record as a results-driven, execution-focused professional.- Knowledge of tendering processes and certification management.- Demonstrated ethical leadership and adherence to organizational values ("Winning the Right Way").
