Process Overview




Treasury Shared Service team provide support for large Corporate, Business Banking and Commercial Clients on both financial and non-financial work types. Team also supports complex service requests for ACH, Research & Adjustment and Wires other than supporting Commercial Cards requests for US region.


Team will be acting as the primary interface with Treasury Clients via email channel to execute transactional service requests on a wide range of treasury, cash management and depository products and services. Team will be classifying emails into different work type and managing express volume using different application available.

Lead a strong team of seasoned and new associates. Manage Line of Business and deliver performance against business targets. Performance delivery, drive efficiencies and demonstrate ownership. Identify and drive initiatives/projects to improve metrics or best practices with significant business benefit. Collaborate with GBS support partners on business needs. Help Associates grow - guidance on career path, aspirations and help them deliver and exceed performance on business metrics. Perform BAU controls and reporting.

Responsibilities

Deliver seamless performance across all Business Metrics and Key Performance Indicators Act as a workflow coordinator and manage volume assignment. Develop and retain key talent while strengthening overall employee engagement. Prioritizes employee development by providing effective coaching and shares constructive feedback. Evaluates efficiencies and identifies areas of improvement and growth to the overall process, identifying data, metrics, and key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness. Aligns bank priorities and strategies to employee metrics and goals, evaluates employee progress, and strives to recognize, encourage, and improve team performance to support an inclusive work environment. Partner strongly across key Global projects such as Digital Transformation program Influence business leaders and peers to ensure delivery on all key business outcomes Proactive approach to identifying, escalating, and debating new/emerging risks. Assessing operational risks that the business is exposed to, evaluating and testing controls to prevent, eliminate or mitigate the identified risks, and validating risk measures to monitor risk levels. Partnering with BCMR, Audit, Compliance, and other control groups as appropriate to ensure oversight and governance standards and requirements, both internal and external Manage process resiliency and business continuity in case of contingency.

Mandatory Requirements

Strong business acumen with good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to understand a domain / process quickly basis high level discussions with LOB representatives. Strong execution skills and ability to see process task through to closure within timelines. Knowledge on technology enablement (AI, ML, RPA, etc.,) Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and ability to maintain good working relationships. Strong ownership skills Proven ability to lead and motivate employees. Must have a strong and positive work ethic and follow Bank of America's Core Values Must be flexible and adapt quickly to change. Ability to multi-task and meet specific performance goals. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including but not limited to PowerPoint, Excel and Word Strong analytical skills and experience with data management, reporting & Presentations. Excellent attention to detail, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Proven track record of working on transformation projects preferably workflow automation related. Must have proven track record of managing high volume environment and managing MIS for the same. Ability to manage tight deadline and high-pressure environment. Strong email management/workflow management skills with accuracy and timeliness. Strong operation risk mindset and proven record of delivering risk reduction projects. * Ready to work in Night Shifts.
