LambdaTest is a leading global tech company, and as we scale across regions, we need a Travel Manager who can run end-to-end travel with speed, accuracy, and high ownership.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Manger Travel to manage end-to-end travel arrangements for LambdaTest employees across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth, cost-efficient, and policy-compliant travel while delivering an excellent employee experience.
This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, vendor coordination, and comfort managing travel for a global workforce.
Key Responsibilities
1. Travel Coordination & Booking
Manage domestic and international travel bookings (flights, hotels, transportation) for employees and leadership teams.
Recommend travel itineraries based on cost, convenience, and company policy.
Ensure all bookings meet travel policy guidelines and approval workflows.
2. Vendor & Partner Management
Coordinate with travel agencies, hotel partners, and transportation vendors to negotiate fares and secure corporate rates.
Maintain strong relationships with travel partners for better service delivery.
3. Travel Documentation
Ensure all travelers have valid documentation: passports, visas, permits, insurance, invitation letters, etc.
Support employees with visa processing by coordinating with agencies and consulates.
4. Policy Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to LambdaTest's travel policies.
Track travel expenditure and share regular reports with Finance/HR.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and help refine travel policies.
5. Stakeholder Communication
Maintain timely communication with travelers, managers, and cross-functional teams.
Support employees during travel disruptions (delays, cancellations, rescheduling).
Share travel advisories, route updates, and safety guidelines.
6. Logistics & Admin Support
Maintain a centralized travel database and booking records.
Process travel reimbursements in coordination with Finance.
Provide support for travel during events, offsites, client meetings, and leadership travel.
Requirements Must-Have
4-8 years of experience in travel coordination, corporate travel management, or administrative roles.
Strong knowledge of travel booking platforms, vendor coordination, and documentation processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Good to Have
Experience working with global travel (Middle East, US, UK, EU, APAC).
Familiarity with travel policies, large-scale travel operations, or startup/SaaS setup.
Exposure to handling travel for CXO/leadership teams.
