The Travel Company Manager will be responsible for managing Destinasia's operational workflows, vendor relationships, sales support, and quality standards across all destinations and offices. This role demands strong leadership, operational control, and regular travel to our branch offices to ensure consistent performance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, booking flow, and service delivery for all B2B partners.
Supervise the functioning of all sales and operations offices, ensuring alignment with company standards.
Travel frequently to regional offices to review performance, address challenges, and support teams.
Manage and mentor operations and sales teams to maintain productivity and professionalism.
Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, and service providers across North East India, Sikkim, and Bhutan.
Ensure accuracy in itineraries, costing, confirmations, and guest communications.
Monitor guest feedback and drive continuous service improvements.
Strengthen relationships with B2B agents, corporate partners, and MICE clients.
Prepare periodic operational and performance reports for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in travel operations or hospitality management.
Strong knowledge of North East India and Bhutan (preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor-management capabilities.
Proven ability to manage teams and operate effectively in high-pressure environments.
Proficiency in itinerary planning, costing, and CRM tools.
