Purpose Essence of the role Lead and manage transition projects on schedule within budgets with high CSAT in line with contractual obligations Create knowledge base execute timeline resource allocation budget coordinate implementation and ensures compliance Develop an understanding of the E2E Solution and value being proposed as part of the overall Solution Draft the transition solution during the RFP and solution cycle in coordination with all the cross functional teams as per need Responsible for E2E service Transition handling virtual teams and influencing stakeholders to meet Programme project objectives Control an engagement transition budget allocated ensuring all activities defined in the project plan are done within the approved limits Align customer to follow well defined transition methodology customize approach in line with customer environment Produce relevant reports accurately at agreed frequency in a timely manner to provide status update on Transition to all stakeholders Monitor the project program ensuring all risks are captured mitigations actions put in place and issues are resolved if timely manner Develop maintain communication at all levels across the project organization to facilitate smooth effective change management leading to effective delivery of project Conduct periodic project governance meetings amongst stakeholders to review plan Vs progress Focus on continuous process improvement by identifying areas and participate in team and organization wide initiatives
