We have an opportunity for a Transitions Manager to develop, drive and execute initiatives to support the Group Services strategy. This role is responsible for end-to-end project design and delivery, change management, alignment of cross functional teams, project reporting and analysis.
What the role entails Reporting line:
Manager - Transitions & Integrations
Scope: Your scope will include (but not limited to) below: o Development and presentation of the business case o Project coordination, planning and system solution design. o Produce, analyze and distribute timely reports to key stakeholders. o Collaborate with senior leaders with high stakeholder management experience (operational, support and business) and their teams to deliver project outcomes. o Understand the business environment and work closely with stakeholders to managing expectations and build a 'fit for purpose' solution. o Identify and mitigate project risks (risks should be calculated and managed appropriately) o Develop and implement change management programs. o Timely delivery of projects considering interdependencies with other projects and ensuring outcomes are aligned with the program governance arrangements. o Deliver projects with a high level of quality, within budget (including analysis of cost variances) and resourcing requirements. o Exercise sound judgement based on thorough analysis of key business information, metrics provided, benefits and trade-offs.
About Yourself
We are looking for passionate candidates having:
o Tertiary qualification in finance or similar o Experience managing major projects (system projects an advantage) o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. o Strong presentation, time management, communication, influencing and organisational skills. o Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge thinking, influence change and manage expectations. o Partner with senior stakeholders across business to build and deliver project outcomes. o Experience in designing and delivering customer focused solutions. o Previous experience in designing and managing change management programs. o Ability to support, identify and utilize the project team to deliver outcomes. o Strong capabilities in problem solving, strategic thinking, analytical and future state designs. o Experience in business case development including storyboarding and approvals. o Experience and knowledge across multiple project methodologies. o General understanding of finance, purchasing and employee processes o Proficiency in Microsoft Office products o SAP experience o ADO experience
