The Manager (Training) will lead and manage all training initiatives for the assigned vertical, including design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs. The role involves developing standardized training content, coordinating with internal teams and external institutions, and managing LMS platforms. The incumbent will plan and conduct online and offline trainings for national and international organizations, track training effectiveness, maintain documentation, and report outcomes to stakeholders. Experience in training management, project coordination, and exposure to cybersecurity or technical domains is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all
training activities
for the assigned vertical.
Establish and maintain
partnerships with State Police Academies
and other relevant institutions.
Design, develop, update, and standardize
training content, modules, and curricula
.
Coordinate and manage
Cyber Commando training interactions and related activities
.
Plan, schedule, and conduct
online and offline training programs
for national and international organizations.
Ensure effective
inter-team coordination
for smooth execution of training initiatives.
Manage and administer
Learning Management Systems (LMS)
.
Monitor training effectiveness, collect feedback, and implement
continuous improvements
.
Maintain detailed documentation of training activities and prepare
comprehensive reports
for management.
Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on training outcomes and performance metrics.
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree (
B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/MBA/PG
) with First Division or minimum
60% marks
from a recognized university/institution.
Minimum
7 years of experience
in managing training functions at a reputed organization.
Proven experience in
developing, coordinating, and delivering training programs
.
Strong
project management experience
, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Experience in evaluating training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics.
Hands-on experience in managing
online training platforms and e-learning technologies
.
Exposure to conducting trainings for
national and international organizations
.
Certifications such as
CPLP, CTDM, PMP, CSM, Train the Trainer (TTT)
, or equivalent are preferred.
Proficiency in
MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
, and training documentation.
Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Domain knowledge or expertise in
cybersecurity or related technical fields
is desirable.
