JOB SUMMARY

  • Developing the zonal training strategy supporting the business plan
  • Ensuring execution of training initiatives as per the curriculum and learning needs leading to desired increase in productivity
  • Building future pipeline of trainers by contributing towards hiring, development and retention of talent in the organization
  • Ensuring effectiveness of training
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Training Strategy: Assist in identifying and prioritizing learning needs of specific employee segments for businesses and design training strategy. Utilize market knowledge and new thinking to develop the strategy.

Delivery Management: Act as lead Project Manager for all levels of initiatives for multiple businesses and ensure delivery as per the curriculum and employee learning needs

Account Management: Responsible for maintaining relationship with key stakeholders and growing the revenue share by presenting business case for new solutions.

Training content
  • Modules to be designed for strategic impact
  • Innovations in technology to be leveraged to conduct routine & non-routine training to save costs & increase effectiveness Eg - usage of Mbuddy, e-meetings, inquizzitive, flash self-learning modules
  • Content development using Instructional Design techniques and skills; for any specific requirement for FOS/Supervisors
  • Mapping competition and building positioning and sales pitch against each competing company/ product.
MIS & Data Analysis:
  • Diagnose and interpret data on a variety of critical business drivers ranging from training effectiveness, productivity, curriculum compliance etc.
  • Provide regular updates to concerned stakeholders
MEASURES OF SUCCESS
  • Success against productivity MOS
  • New employee productivity
  • Execution of Training Calendar
  • Training quality, effectiveness, ROI
  • Adherence to curriculum, contents and sessions plan. Maintaining overall compliance
  • Execution of special initiatives
  • Retention and development of trainers
  • Buy-in from stakeholders on various aspects of the role

  • Should have prior experience of digital learning tools
